Product returns

In the cases in which with proven fault of hromatomagazo.gr products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the pricing, etc. then hromatomagazo.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement or return cost through the cooperating courier company, if the product is intact, accompanied by its packaging, billing and shipping documents and has not expired (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.

In order to determine if the product is defective you should send us by email at info@hromatomagazo.gr photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged all the costs of transporting the product plus what arises as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it.

*No return can be made on colors that have been painted with a shade chosen by the customer and on books that have been tampered with

To make a return you must first contact us at info@hromatomagazo.gr or by phone at 210.452.6862 to inform us that you will make a return. If you meet the Return Terms and Conditions we will send you the product we owe you immediately.
